Hello fellow travelers, I'm Johnny Cosmo! A former Space Ranger forced to resign in disgrace despite my innocence, I have been on a quest to salvage my reputation and so I became one of the first time travelers ever back in what is going to be 2210. Thanks to the glitch, I'm now stranded in 2008 doing my best to try and survive and make it back to my present in the future!

Does anyone suspect Tom Cruise is about to become president?

I believe I'm correct that this is going out to 2008 before the American presidential election between, if I understand these old Fox news files correctly, a Muslim and a rambunctious and energetic senior citizen. Is anyone aware yet that a majority of voters have decided by themselves to write in Tom Cruise's name, making him president and ushering in the Age of Scientology?

Survival show?

To anyone stuck in the 21st Century, please clear this up as we have a wager about it in the office pod!
Is there really a show called "Survival" where a group of people are deserted on an island and each week they vote who to kill and feast on? This is pre-radioactive zombies! Surely there isn't a televisor show based on cannibalism!

I'm bored, even here in the future

You'd think with everything we have going for us in the future, I wouldn't be so bored. I could take a spaceship to the moons of Saturn, sure. Maybe plug my cranial implant into a holo-simulator. But I've done that all before, you know. There's nothing I can do right now about the electro-atomitron glitch. It's Robot Overlord Appreciation Day and all the technicians are enjoying the day off.

Maybe I'll just take a neuro-relaxer pill and have a nap.

The new Volkswagen PL5 rocket packs are here!

I love my new rocket pack! It's a smooth ride with speeds up to 250 km/h, yet the exhaust doesn't roast your feet like the older models! I know some people prefer Japanese rocket packs, the Honda Civic is a light and speedy number, I'll give you that. But I like how sturdy and fuel efficient the Volkswagen is. Come on, you know you can't get any better than 3 grams of plutonium per thousand kilometres!

But in a couple years, you never know. The United States of East America might get their ...

If you are able to read this, you were sent back to a time that had the World Wide Net. This is excellent, as it is the easiest way to reach you and you to reach us.

If you were sent back pre-World Wide Net but during the start of the age of home computers, you should be able to dial into the BBS established in our remote secret base in the Peruvian Andes. The telephonic device number is on page 3 of your porta-computapedia.

The good news if you were sent back before computers is that you ...

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Roxie Lavalamp, and I was born in 2548 at Bradbury Mars Colony. Since Its Electronic Highness - Robot Overlord XJ-5000 v2.1 - took over and established the Space Empire, I've been assigned to work on the Electro-Atomitron time travelometer to ensure only loyal citizens travel back to visit our ancient past so as to avoid any humans trying to change the future and keep XJ-5000 v2.1 from assuming the cosmo-throne.

If you're reading this right now, ...
